Weekly lessons or an intensive course
Learn weekly at £33 an hour, save £20 with a 10-hour block for £310, or fast-track with an intensive course of 5 to 40 hours that includes your practical test.

How much are driving lessons?
New learners can start with 4 hours for £45. After that, lessons are £33 an hour, or £310 for a 10-hour block. Intensive courses with the practical test included start at £330.
Can you help nervous learners?
Yes. Lessons are tailored around your confidence and ability, so you can build up gradually without feeling rushed.
When can I start driving lessons?
You can have your first lesson on your 17th birthday as long as you have your provisional licence, which you can apply for up to three months before you turn 17.
Do you teach in manual and automatic cars?
Yes. Choose manual or automatic when you enquire and we will match you with a local instructor.
Do you offer intensive driving courses?
Yes. Intensive courses run from 5 to 40 hours with your practical test included. The number of hours you need depends on your experience.
Do you cover my area?
We have local driving instructors across Teesside, the North East and Yorkshire, including Middlesbrough, Stockton, Newcastle, Leeds and York. Send us your postcode and we will check who covers your area.
How much does the driving test cost?
The theory test is £23 and the practical test is from £62. These are DVSA fees and are separate from your lessons.
What is Pass Plus?
Pass Plus is extra training after you pass your test, to build experience on roads such as dual carriageways and motorways and when driving at night. It costs £300 with ESOM.
